   I’m curious - have you ever tried to make the Corned beef and cabbage recipe you posted??

   I’m thinking of making the dish it for a large party of 10 this weekend, but am almost chickening out. I found a recipe on Foodnetwork.com that calls for canned corned beef, which sort of sound as gross as haggis.

   I love St. Patrick’s Day - as the granddaughter of an Irish Grandmother and Scottish Grandfather - and the fact that I’m a redhead - it’s like my own personal holiday!

   I have not tried this recipe. Sorry! I thought these little booklets had some useful and fun info and just wanted to share.

   I never appreciated my redhair until I was an adult.
   Thanks for the luck - I do have a bit of the luck of the Irish, thanks to Grandma - so I’m bringing a couple frozen pizzas as back up. :-)
